Islamic Boycotts in the Context of Modern War

Brother Mohammed Ibrahim Ludwick has composed an excellent well thought out book on this pertinent topic. I am not aware of anyone else who has so clearly and concretely laid out this discussion. Furthermore, the book is unique in several ways:

  1. It is a cry from a heart of Imaan, and does not compromise with kufr ideologies of nationalism, democracy and other rantings of confused activists.
  2. It pragmatically calls for Muslim introspection in a holistic manner and is not confined to concern for only one section of the oppressed Ummah, nor will its message be easily outdated.
  3. It is honest and does not stretch Islamic texts for the author’s agenda, as some as wont to do.

I am honoured to have been associated with the editing process of the book (of course, I do not approve of the author’s chosen spelling of his name).

May Allah accept the author.
